With a background in law and business, he combines strategic thinking with a passion for design that elevates every campaign. From brand imagery to social media aesthetics, Tiernan ensures that every element is not just beautiful—but on point. When he’s not ruminating on whether an upcoming campaign meets his aesthetic vision, you’ll find him running the bush tracks of the Coal Coast (though he may be ruminating on a campaign then too!)
Jess Koops - Co-Founder
Jess is our resident storyteller and wordsmith. With a background in law and media, she is thoughtful and precise about every word that Shelter Studios shares with the world, ensuring that each word in every campaign is the correct one. Jess believes that the right words connect with people, inspire them, and move them to action.
When she’s not writing or editing copy, you’ll find Jess teaching yoga classes in Thirroul, bringing the same focus and calm to the mat as she does to her writing.
