Belair Berry
Built in 1956 by a local veterinarian, Belair Berry is one of Australia’s most iconic mid-century homes and perhaps its most photographed. We were asked by the owner to develop the Belair brand and raise the profile of his spectacular home with a bespoke approach that did justice to its heritage and architectural significance and cultural value. We built a digital marketing & PR campaign from the ground up with a clear focus on brand awareness and targeted architecture and design-led travellers. For example, we started with a collaboration with well-known Australian comedian and MCM advocate, Tim Ross (The Modernister) to add authority to the Belair narrative. Through curated storytelling, targeted digital initiatives, and strategic brand positioning, we amplified awareness and cemented Belair Berry’s place as a celebrated design icon with a foundation for long-term visibility and bookings.
